Role :

  • First point of contact for clients;
  • Resolve clients requests by phone, email;
  • Being part of internal projects in company;
  • Manage client relations;
  • Delivering high level of customer service.
  • Profile :

  • Korean / Chinese / Japanese - native
  • Good knowledge of English language;
  • MS Excel skills;
  • Previous experience / educational background in customer service will be an asset;
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
