  • Monitoring Implementation of monitors as well as responding to incidents through to resolution.
  • New customer onboarding work in a cross functional team to onboard new customers onto the solution.
  • Modifications to existing customer configurations script modifications as additional functionality is activated in accordance with change control processes.
  • Technical Assistance Triage and resolution of customer reported issues.
  • Providing continuous feedback to the wider engineering organization on elements which could improve the overall service.
  • Able to work on your own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creating, executing and documenting test plans.
  • Performing System administration & maintenance.
  • Liaising with 3rd party suppliers when needed.
  • Participate in the 24x7 call-out & standby Rota.
  • Interface with external teams through effective communication
