The main objective of our Team is to provide support for Sales within the EMEA region for :
On-boarding new clients to the firm
Extending existing relationships within the firm
Assisting in any projects that impact or are impacted by any of the above.
The Team coordinates the on-boarding process from front to back to move clients from prospect’ to customer’ in the shortest possible time, and provide a synchronized approach to servicing our clients.
Work as a single point of contact for our clients and internal sales teams by tracking the pipeline of all onboarding, providing immediate advice on any account opening issue that is preventing or slowing business, ensure high standards of Ethics and Control are maintained during account opening processes, assist in ad-
hoc / ongoing regulatory projects and improve quality of client static data on Credit Suisse internal databases. The team provides a fast, efficient, streamlined and transparent on-boarding experience.
Your responsibilities will include :
Providing full assistance to Front Office personnel on account opening including KYC, Credit and Legal processes including regular updates
Communicating account structures to Front Office staff, liaising with Client to obtain required information and coordinating delivery of appropriate documentation to various internal stakeholders (e.
g Financial Crime Compliance, Credit, or Legal) as appropriate
Taking ownership for following up on all steps in the account onboarding process while maintaining a busy book of work and also providing a high level of client service
Dedicatedly following up on legal negotiations, schedule calls (internal and external) to facilitate negotiations and suggest solutions or escalating for approvals
Becoming subject matter expert on regulatory framework driving account opening processes and keeping abreast of associated changes
Understanding the importance of Ethics & Control surrounding Credit Suisse account opening processes and procedures
Assisting the Front Office to implement projects related to static data maintenance, "Know Your Client" reviews or other general account related requirements
You have 1+ year(s) of experience in Financial Services preferably in a Client Onboarding or related role
You are fluent in English (verbal and written)
You have good Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
You are highly motivated willing to work in both team and independent situations depending on current workload
You are comfortable and confident to work with senior level professionals and external clients
You possess excellent communication skills
You have very good planning and organising skills
You are passionate about learning new things
Nice to have : German skills
Experience in client relationship management
Knowledge of ISDA Master Agreement and related Annexes
