Reports to : Supervisor, Consumer Services
As a Consumer Services Representative you will answer questions from consumers who use our products on a daily basis.
What kind of products are these?
Our portfolio is very diverse - from stationery to small household appliances. Our brands are well known all over the world, including Parker, Waterman, Yankee Candle, Contigo, NUK, Marmot or Crockpot.
As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to put your foreign language skills into practice. You will have a chance to improve them by speaking and corresponding with consumers from English-speaking markets.

Key responsibilities :
Answering consumers’ questions through three communication channels : telephone, email and live chat
Entering orders and application data into our computer system.
Minimum qualifications :
Fluent Dutch (spoken & written) and communicative English
Outgoing with excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Empathy and openness for working with clients
Good command of MS Word and Outlook
Preferred qualifications :
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of SalesForce and SAP will be a plus
