May act as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems.
Works independently, receives minimal guidance, may lead projects or may have accountability for ongoing activities. May maintain and develop business rules and translate them into solutions that empower business and development teams.
Tasks Align with countries on use cases Understand and specify use cases so that they are ready to be picked up by DW (Digital Workspace) Clearly explain and clarify questions (provide answers) on user story to the development team during the Q&A session Organize and steer service blueprinting process in close cooperation with UX Align with solution architect to identify enabler stories and architecture runway Write and break down user stories Take over responsibility for defined epics / delivery items in close coordination with the PO (Product Owner) Requirements Very good English language capabilities Excellent understanding of business needs Excellent capability to translate business needs into requirements and user stories Good knowledge of API based products and user story creation Experience in working in agile projects (Scrum) At least 3 years work experience as a BA Our Offer We offer you a position in a team-based, global, leading organization.
