You will be a vital member of the finance team within the Global Business Services (GBS) organization, in largest center located in Krakow.
You will provide key support to the business, ensuring the accurate tracking and processing of all transactions. To strengthen our Intercompany Central Team, we are looking for a Specialist with strong user knowledge of SAP and business analyzes.

You support internal business units via phone, email and workflows with regards to transactions quality and report quality of internal data flow
You analyze databases of internal trades and internal reporting searching for data patterns and root cause of transaction mismatches
You lead the development and enhancement of reporting services to encompass greater use of forward looking predictive elements
You monitor e2e processes of internal trade from procurement, sales to invoice reporting and payment
You look for differences in processes and improve them
You support global team with regards to issues or problems connected to internal trade processes
You develop and manage effective working relationships with other departments, groups and personnel
You analyze performance of reports and take action to correct deficiencies
Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance combined with understanding of Accounts Receivable / Account Payable / General Accounting
Post-Secondary education in Finance, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, General Management or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of Internal trade or internal business
Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI)
Good SAP user knowledge
Proficient in business English - excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good coordination and communication skills
Ability to apply best practices including change management, effective error handling and performance instrumentation
