We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven International Talent Acquisition Manager to join our internal HR team. As an International TA Manager, you will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates.

You'll oversee the implementation a new and innovative Talent Acquisition strategy for our company in Poland and abroad.

Location : Poland : Warszawa, Kraków, Łódź, Wroclaw, Gdansk, Katowice, Poznan, Lublin

Working mode : Hybrid (mostly remotely)

Reporting line : to CHRO

Reporting team : 5 people

ATS : Recruitee

Your responsibilities :

You will be responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions mostly in Poland and CEE with talented and qualified candidates.

You will be responsible for the full life cycle of the recruitment process ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.

You will attract candidates using various sources like social media, professional networks, job boards, and employee referrals.

You will develop, drive, and inspire a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition Partners partnering closely with the business to hire top talent.

  • You will manage, hire, and lead a team of recruiters and researchers to successfully partner with different teams within the organization.
  • You will be a strong player-coach with the ability to be hands-on and in the details but also understand as a leader where and when it’s appropriate to provide space and autonomy.
  • Partners with key stakeholders and hiring managers to build a best-in-class recruiting process.
  • Promotes diverse recruiting practices and combats biases by ensuring each role has consistent requirements.
  • Proactively manages the full cycle of the recruitment process from the initial requisition to final placement.
  • Operates internationally as Talent Acquisition expert supporting business growth with an initial focus on the CEE and particularly Poland.
  • Implements improvements and new standards in the hiring area.
  • Care about the candidate experience and satisfaction.
  • Determinate and define recruitment objectives and KPIs.
  • Requirements :

  • Proven experience in designing and leading talent attraction strategy development and execution.
  • Successful experience in leading a team of high-volume recruiters in the fast growing and changing environment.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, seek clarity, and confirm objectives in ambiguous situations.
  • Deep understanding of the hiring landscape and complexity of global talent markets.
  • Excellent sourcing skills across a variety of channels as well as a developed network in the international market.
  • Ability to create and maintain an excellent candidate experience and lead EB initiatives.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, Polish and / or Russian is nice to have.
