Welfare in Szczecin

We are a group of passionate professionals developing Welfare Products for Nordic market supporting the vision of Smart Society.

Our co-located, cross-functional teams work in a multinational, large-scale scrum organization. Our software is used every day by citizens, companies and municipalities in Sweden and Norway.

Project and position

Our team develops modern products used by Nordic citizens and welfare professionals. As our new development team member, you will play a key role in designing new solutions and migrating existing ones.

You will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of our product development including concept, UX design, architecture, software development, testing and maintenance.

As a Test Engineer you will be responsible for :

Developing new tests, test frameworks and tools (and maintain existing ones) for web front-end, mobile & back-end,

Including existing tests in CI / CD processes,

Supporting other team members in terms of quality and testing,

Advocating for quality both on team and organization level,

Preparing test data, test scenarios, working with bugs both from development and the customer,

Working with other teams in order to discuss and streamline quality approach in organization,

Continuously work on product quality during entire product life cycle,

Evaluate industry standard tools and include them in product development.

Things we will value in your experience include :

At least 3 years of professional experience,

Testing theory & principles knowledge

Problem solving

Test automation (Web, Mobile, API testing)

Knowledge of C# or other programming language

SDLC knowledge

VCS knowledge(git or any other)

CI / CD basic knowledge

Nice to have :

Experience with Azure Devops

Experience with Behavior Driven Development

Experienced with non-functional tests(e.g. performance testing)

Experience in Agile testing(manual / automated)

Experience using Selenium

Basic knowledge of OWASP Top 10
