Department Description

Motorola Solutions Finance Operations Center (F.O.C.) provides world-class finance, accounting and purchasing services to Motorola branches in Europe, Middle East, Africa, US and Latin America region.

Global Financial Systems Support is in charge of financial systems maintenance and enhancement to drive efficiencies and assist in system / process changes for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations.

Job Description

  • Work on implementation of process and system changes across various Finance functions (with focus on General ledger)
  • Collaborate with IT teams to execute system changes
  • Support development, planning and execution of system enhancements
  • Configuration and maintenance of ERP and other Finance systems
  • Liaise with external IT providers
  • Collaborate with overseas teams on global initiatives
  • Ownership of at least one Oracle modules (GL, AR, AP, FA, etc.)
  • Basic Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Accounting / Finance or IT or similar
  • 2+ years relevant work experience with ERP systems (preferred Oracle)
  • Oracle Finance module knowledge (Accounting, Fixed Asset, Account Payable, Account Receivable)
  • General understanding of Finance / Accounting basics
  • Experience in ERP project implementation as a plus
  • Project management experience
  • Critical attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work in intense, fast paced and multinational work environment
  • Customer oriented and team player
  • Excellent English skills
  • Willingness to travel
