  • Supportclose business relationships with internal / external partners and clientsthrough full engagement in current tasks and business projects;

  • Determiningthe operational priorities of the team and monitoring the implementation;
  • Supportingcolleagues from other teams and other departments from the Investor ServicesDivision to jointly provide the best product for the client;
  • Participationin business projects at the department level, introducing new clients,documenting new processes;
  • Participationin inter-departmental projects;
  • Coordinationand planning of training requirements within the team;
  • Createteam development plans in accordance with the Citi rules;
  • Effectiveparticipation in the recruitment process of new employees;
  • Creatingan effective plan for identifying, developing and retaining the best employees;
  • Activeparticipation in the development and execution of the department's strategies;
  • Effectivereplacement of section manager in basic activities and escalations in theirabsence;
  • Conductingteam meetings, conducting 1-2-1's and annual appraisals; coaching and feedbackto continuously support employee development;
  • Knowledgeof issues related to risk, audit and controls expressed, among others,knowledge of KPI / KRI and MCA indicators;
  • Regularmonitoring and maintenance of current operational procedures;
  • Immediateimplementation of external and internal audit requirements;
  • Immediatelyinforming the supervisor regarding any potential problems that may impact theability of the team / department to deliver required processes.

    Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years experience within Financial Services;
  • Previous Managerial experience or equivalent is required.
  • Very good understanding of financial operations
  • Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written);
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher would be an advantage
