SAP S / 4 HANA Technical Analyst
Location : Warsaw / Kraków / remote
The position is part of the newly established SAP S / 4HANA Cloud internal L2S team, responsible for ongoing support and new configuration requests, specific to PwC’s SAP S / 4HANA Cloud global implementation of financial and project management modules.
At present, we are in the solution implementation phase and the system is planned to go-live in the third quarter of 2021.
Until the go-live, the support team members are planned to collaborate with the implementation team and this way they will gain a required level of fluency in the PwC internal business and support processes as well as gain necessary knowledge of the system architecture and functionality / configuration.
Role
Create, enhance, upgrade, technical support of the SAP S / 4HANA Cloud applications and environments
Configure, enhance and upgrade SAP S / 4HANA Cloud applications
Provide day-to-day support on various technical and infrastructure issues
Handle tasks including problem resolution, request fulfillment, configuration changes, supporting production documenting, and implementation support
Manage system configuration and user access / security in accordance to corporate guidelines and policies
Create and deliver appropriate documentation, training and communication around feature(s) and process changes
Profile
5+ years of working experience and practical knowledge of the technical support of the various SAP landscapes, preferable in cloud technologies
Previous experience in SAP cloud-based solution would be an asset but not required; an intensive training and on-the-job practice will be offered to adjust the knowledge to the optimal level required for the job
Experience in SAP security concepts
Knowledge of API management tools
Working experience with the following : XML web service, REST, SFTP, Java Script
Ability to quickly and effectively prioritize multiple requests
Excellent communication skills (written / verbal) with emphasis on demonstrated ability to convey complex technical principles to non-technical audiences
Proficiency in information analysis and synthesis focused on resolution of complex problems
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, desire to interact with, and help end users
University degree in Information Technology or related fields
