Country Facilities Manager
Location : Poland, Krakow
Attracting and hiring talented individuals is critical to the success of Euroclear. Currently, we are looking for an experienced professional who will take the lead of the Facilities team in Poland and who will drive and coordinate projects and initiatives within the facilities domain.
The prospective candidate should represent a well-grounded, seasoned level of Facilities background.
Your part of the deal
Manage all hard and soft facilities matters including corporate services in Poland,
Be able to work in an International matrix organisation with multiple functional and hierarchical reporting lines,
Manage the relationship with all stakeholders including local CEO and Poland Management Team. Ensure constructive dialogue in order to be pro-
active towards future needs / demands for solutions from Facilities & Central services,
Manage all risks related to security, health and safety or other Facilities & central services related problems. Ensure compliance towards corporate guidelines & policies,
Manage effectively demand and supply for office space in a way to optimize the usage of the available m² and the operational cost related to the building.
Be the guardian of the implemented office concept and safeguard the hot-desking principle,
Manage and defend the allocated budget for his / her country. Act as cost centre manager and provide all necessary justification for any variation against the allocated budget,
Manage the supplier relationship and monitor on a permanent basis the performance of all suppliers (hard & soft),
Take care of all aspects related to people management, such as staffing, objective setting, development and training, coaching etc.
