What you will do :
Work with the portfolio planner, CCM’s, business to create and maintain the pipeline schedule
Ensure the briefs are of quality and enable the creatives to review and kick off the project
Triage important data points in the brief, including the meta data which influences reporting
Understand and analyze current resources, and assist with future planning
Monitor project schedules within the entire studio portfolio, consulting CCM’s and BU as needed
Be responsible for driving data accuracy within the studio and keeping all timing plans current
Be responsible for all decoupling to the appropriate support agency
Work with the studio leads and other TM’s in studios to prioritize work to keep all jobs moving, understanding the impact of changes to schedule and coordinating to stay on schedule
Monitor and produce agency reports on current available hours in creative and production
Understand, publish, and communicate pipeline schedule with the PPP
Partner with studio director, art director to ensure there is always clear picture of resource allocation and assist work requestors with providing all required briefs and specifications
If you have :
6 years+ of experience working on a variety of marketing campaigns from brief to delivery.
Ability to think like a customer, and advocate for customers and the community ensuring the creative briefs received are clear and insightful that reflect this thinking.
Superb written and verbal communications skills. Ability to influence and persuade business partners and senior audience.
Understanding of the studio workflow processes with strong timeline and critical path management skills
Experience in the following channels for lead generation and content marketing : marketing automation, digital advertising, social media to move customers through the funnel
Speed, flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding planning and organizational skills, exercise judgment and problem-solving ability and resourcefulness
Ability to work independently with little direction and self-motivation. Data and results-driven.
Natural curiosity that enables you to get excited about learning new industries and customers
Knowledge of Planning, Project & Traffic Management reporting & analytics system Workfront.
Knowledge of IoT B2B Marketing, experience in Channel Campaign deployment and experience in an advertising agency would be amazing but not mandatory
