As the Head of the Sales Administration Team, you will be responsible for the areas of Customer Service, Key Account Services and Business Sales Analytics.

Your goal will be to build / expand the team in Warsaw (new location) and establish an effective model of team control and management.

You will also lead the implementation of processes and customization in SAP.

Our client is an enterprise located in Poland, with 2 locations - factory and new office in Warsaw. The company operates in the Battery Manufacturing sector.


  • Organizational design of the Sales Administration team responsible for Customer Service, Key Account Services and Sales Business Analytics
  • Ensure knowledge transfer to the team and training of team members
  • Define, align, and challenge Key Account Managers about required services to be provided and ensure delivery
  • Gather Sales Business Analytics requirements from Management Team and Sales Managers and provide required analyses and business insights
  • Optimize and digitalize processes (order management, KAM services and analytics)
  • Lead implementation of processes and customization in SAP
  • Motivate your team to find the best solutions for our customers
  • Define and create KPI reports to effectively monitor and steer your team
  • Team lead activities (define targets, follow-up on team members, talent development, etc.)
  • Profile

  • Several years of experience in leading and developing teams in the sales administration and customer service area
  • Operational experience in sales administration and customer service or very good understanding of sales and order management processes
  • Strong analytical competencies and experience in data analytics / business intelligence and data visualization
  • High customer orientation and self-confident appearance during presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead effective, high performance teams
  • Very good knowledge of SAP and MS-Office
  • Strong project management skills
  • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
