Functional expert in the field of HR information systems. Provides tailor-made reports and dashboards to clients and colleagues.
Responsible for implementation and maintenance of authorization structure in the systems. Takes care for trouble shooting on both technical and functional issues in the systems.
Maintains quality and consistency of HR information system; ensuring personnel actions are in compliance with current HR policies and guidelines;
provides HRIS functional support to HR and other staff. Proposes improvement of HR processes / working methods.
Develops, designs, builds, tests, implements, maintains and enhances authorization structure.

Troubleshoots, analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical and functional problems and deficiencies. Resolves complex problems.
Runs scheduled reports and creates reports as needed.
Identifies opportunities for improving Human Resources processes through information systems changes.
Assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems, operational changes, adjustments of working methods / processes
Develops training curriculum and conducts formal and informal training sessions regarding the HRIS.
Provides HRIS functional support to Human Resources and other staff.
Assists / trains colleagues in using HR systems / applications (sharing knowledge of HR systems / explains working methods)
Serves as liaison among HRIS, Benefits, Human Resources, Recruitment, Payroll and Finance areas with regard to operations and the HRIS.
Information system structure, operations and administration;
Design, installation and maintenance of Workday;
Microsoft Office applications (Advanced knowledge of Excel)
Deep understanding of Workday system;
Reporting tools, report development and design;
HCM module required;
