  • We are looking to recruit experienced the Project Manager & Assistant to Outlet Management who will be responsible for the coordination of the day-to-day operations between BoH functions, stores and internal stakeholders;
  • building and maintaining general structure and work processes across all markets with the goal to optimize processes.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Acting as a first point of contact for all administrative related duties towards Outlet channel
  • Process & project management lead for Outlets while optimizing & aligning it with key stakeholders on a group level
  • Administrate and support store openings, closures, refits and relocations
  • Support in establishing new entities where required (new markets)
  • Negotiate costs & following up on spec. invoices
  • Cooperate with external providers e.g. Tax Office, electricity providers, First Data, Global Blue, security, insurance, etc. and
  • Secure smooth communication with the internal and external stakeholders
  • Support Heads of Retail Operations and Store Managers on a day-to-day operations between BoH functions
  • Daily support to Store Managers and Retail Managers in all retail administrative challenges
  • Planning and organizing company events and conferences
  • Coordination of documents flow and collecting signatures
  • Support for General Manager in terms of Ad Hoc actions and projects
  • Manage and keep track of GM’s meetings and expenses
  • Follow up and track on tasks and topics from meetings
  • Other issues that might occur in connection with daily operations in the retail department
  • Minimum Qualification :

  • 2 years’ experience in Project Management in Retail industry
  • 4 years’ experience in an administration role and strong administration service orientation
  • Experience in assisting and cooperating with C-Level Management
  • Accurate / eye for quality and detail
  • Self- and result-driven
  • Good time-management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong planning, organizational and presentation skills
  • Trustable
  • Capable to work with confidential information
  • I.T. literate, MS office advance level
  • Intercultural skills, ability to work in an international environment
  • Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level, knowledge of additional languages will be a plus.
