IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) must drive and enable business growth and operational agility, using information technology solutions to support businesses and functions while balancing the need for an appropriate cost structure.
IT BRM must have a strong appreciation of the criticality of information to the business and the need for an IT strategy and vision that supports the overall business objectives.
IT BRM must be a strategic IT partner amongst various businesses and functional organizations in Japan.
IT BRM must be a skilled negotiator, a diplomat and good communicator when dealing with all levels of the organization.
Establish and communicate a strategic vision - linking global, segment, and regional IT strategies to the business
Grasp and understand the details of the major information systems currently supporting the business
