IT Infrastructure Support Specialist

You will be responsible for :
Providing day-to-day management and break / fix support of workstations, servers, RF devices, printers, and other network attached devices and LAN for all assigned facilities
Acting as the liaison into Information Technology second and third level support groups to assist in expediting the support process
Installation and configuration of devices as part of our refresh lifecycle management programs
Handling any routine to highly technical problem
Managing vendor warranty and break / fix work. Assisting in the desktop / server / LAN procurement process
Maintaining documentation for the facility, including inventory, ticket tracking, time tracking and assigned project work
Taking part in On-Call rotation. If needed travelling between supported sites and facilities
You have :
Degree in Information Systems or experience equivalent
2+ years of related Information Systems experience
Under general to little supervision demonstrates the ability to handle complex operational problems and assignments
Good communication and customer service skills
Fluency in Polish and English
