The EMEA Trade Management team is working closely with Front Office desks to facilitate the smooth operations of the Global Markets businesses.
The team provides control and support to Credit, Equity Derivatives and Fixed Income Derivatives Traders and Sales people.
Trade Management department ensures complete, accurate and timely trade capture and lifecycle management across multiple asset classes;
oversee report monitoring, query resolution, Client support, Trading Risk and Profit & Loss validation. Team performs a wide range of post-trade and lifecycle processes as well as closely supporting the Front Office teams based in London, New York and Zurich.
Participation in the core Trade Management functions including trade capture / validation, manage report monitoring, query resolution, client support, trading risk / Profit and Loss validation.
Products include : Equity Derivatives, Fixed Income Derivatives, Credit, FX and Structured Products,
Management and facilitation of all trade lifecycle events e.g. Credit Events, Clearing, Internal Risk Transfers, Corporate Actions, Coupons and Redemptions.
Ownership, investigation and resolution of exceptions / fails / breaks raised by all Front-to-Back departments that support the business e.
g. Clients, Front Office, Brokers, Vendors, External Validation, Settlements, Collateral Management, Portfolio Reconciliation, Finance.
Assisting in the implementation of strategic systems and vendor applications. This involves User Acceptance Testing, on-boarding / go-live support, and implementing controls to minimise operational risk.
Involvement in the implementation of industry and regulatory initiatives through participation in internal working groups and / or external market forums e.
g. Dodd Frank, European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR), Global Trade Repository (GTR), Central Counterparty Clearing House (CCP) Clearing, MiFID II, ISDA working groups.
Manage regular collation and analysis of data for Management Reporting.

Outstanding communication skills with fluency in English, allowing for smooth interaction with Front Office personnel.
Demonstrable understanding of financial derivative products.
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a corporate environment.
Financial education and working towards financial industry certificates would be a strong asset.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a high pressure environment.
Self-starter who is able to operate at all levels of the organization covering varied issues.
Results-oriented individual with good problem solving and analytical skills.
Demonstrate willingness and flexibility around working hours.
Possess intermediate / advanced Excel skills.
