Sounds like you? Then we have the right opportunity - we are looking for a Global Accounts Customer Delivery Specialist with French to join us! In this amazing role, you will develop your own knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues (sometimes quite complex) to help our customers.
These will mainly be operational issues that may arise from the end-to-end sales process (e.g., order status, returns, and deliveries, invoicing, returns, and financial post- sales programs).
You will problem solve using the information provided and work within our guidelines and best practice to take appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction.

How you’ll make your mark :
1) Responsible for complex (non-programmatic) process
Owns complex operational processes, such as ALD requirements, quote, deal coordination, bid management, supplier invoice management and sales reporting
Manage and support legally approved documentation
2) Funding and booking Schedule of Authority (SOA)
Manage and execute all the tasks required for the delivery of complex (non-programmatic) solutions
Compliance with established guidelines and policies.
Knowledge of systems and tools to manage all tasks
Monitor Supplier Payments and Volume Targets
3) Frequent communication with partners, customers, colleagues
Partner with Sales
Successfully manage reseller relationships
Support total customer experience
