Managing customer's business needs over e-mail or phone

Processing customers' requests and updating data in the computer systems

Analyzing data

Providing customers with all requested and relevant information

Job requirements :

Veru good Danish and English

Very good interpersonal & communication skills

Interest in new technologies

Team player

Able to pick up new tasks quickly

Basic computer skills
