The Analytics and Sales Operations Team provides the best-in-class information, analyses and insight; enabling the Sales and management team to make the best data driven decisions and push the business toward its strategic goals.
The Analytics and Sales Operations Team also ensures the accuracy and quality of the data and support the Goods department with technical support and process automation.
The Data Analyst role requires technical skills to help the Data Engineer with process automation and data architecture and also analytical skills to deliver powerful dashboards with actionable information.
The main responsibilities are :
Use BI tools to manipulate and summarize data and design dashboards to present information in a visually compelling way
Understand business needs and work with stakeholders to specify requirements
Assemble large, complex data sets that meet the functional business requirements.
Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements : automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-
designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
Job Responsibilities :
Anticipate business needs via the development of new tools, analyses and reporting - as well as tweaking those already in place
Quickly understand and complete ad hoc data requests from various business leaders within the organization
Work with cross-functional teamsto drive new projects and enhancements to existing initiatives
Educate end-users on how to use tools and interpret data analyses / models
Troubleshoot ETL errors, ensuring all data is refreshing on schedule
Work Experience :
Working knowledge of methods / tools like SQL,Excel / VBA Development, Tableau & Teradata.
Experience working with Salesforce (as an end-user or otherwise) is a bonus
