To strengthen the IS HR Delivery organization, we are looking for IS Functional Analysts for Compensation & Benefits area.
The role is responsible for ensuring optimal application design, helping to understand the business needs and to translate them into the IT Service requirements.
The role has having significant contribution into the current and future Services delivered to the business.
Act as the main speaking partner for the business stakeholders, the Business Engagement Manager, Domain and Service Managers within IS HR Delivery team
Efficiently identify and support the stakeholders in adjusting and enhancing the HR systems in scope of compensation & benefits management area, primarily based on SAP HR global system but also on nonERP bespoke applications
Collect and translate requirements from projects and changes into specifications for internal and external delivery parties (business blueprint, functional specifications, user stories)
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in area of Compensation & Benefits (Salary Reviews, Compensation Plans, Flexible Benefits, Job Grading, Shares / Equity Program Management and Scorecard), contributing technical and business process / data expertise to either support continuous enhancements or develop new solutions by project participation
Lead smaller and mid-size projects in given area of responsibility
Align with solution architects and implementation specialists to ensure that business needs and stakeholder satisfaction is ensured
Work with fellow Functional Analysts to assure seamless integration between different platform / application modules as well as integration with other platforms / applications (integration design concepts, data flow mapping, functional specification)
SAP HR experience in project delivery and operational support, preferably in Compensation & Benefits area
Other application, system expertise in the field of SaaS solutions (Workday preferred), ERP, Data warehouses, basic understanding of design of bespoke applications
5+ years of experience in requirements engineering, business analysis
Knowledge of user centric design and design thinking methodology
Project delivery experience and project management methodology knowledge (Prince2 or PMI certification would be a plus)
Excellent communication skills with attention to details
Fluent spoken and written English
