The role

BI Systems Administrator function is part of the CEE Business Systems Support Team and is responsible for administration and monitoring, configuration and maintenance of financial planning, reporting and the other BI systems, tools, reports and dashboards, user support, cooperation with other IT Teams and with the vendor.

Area of responsibility

Administration, monitoring and maintenance of financial planning system Board and support for BI systems administration and maintenance, based on technologies as MS SQL database, Tabular / SSAS, Power BI

Daily activities related to Security and access management, Reference data maintenance and changes

Control over data integration between systems and tools

Month closing processing and control in financial reporting system

User requests management and user support including consultancy within 2nd level of support

Participation in the design and development of new enhancements and reports that will improve planning and reporting efficiency across the organization

Stakeholders communication, communication around reporting changes

Candidate profile

Experience in financial planning and reporting systems administration and maintenance

Understanding of financial planning and reporting processes and their support

Experience in administration and maintenance of data warehouse solutions using Microsoft-based technology (SQL) and sourcing data from systems in heterogeneous environment (SaaS, Azure, on premise)

Knowledge of Board financial planning system will be an asset

Ability to work quickly and effectively in multinational environment

Very good Communication skills in English
