CRO and Reg Change department deliverschange into the global Credit Suisse Risk and Finance business functions.Current focus is on delivering regulatory change as driven by regulatoryrequirements and the strategy of the bank in the new regulatory environment.
The PMO is a key role within theprogramme, working closely with the Programme Manager, providing support andassistance in all aspects of project reporting, analysis and delivery.
As suchthe candidate will require exceptional organisational skills.
The candidate can expect to haveinteractions with people across both business and technical teams at varyinglevels of seniority and across many different locations so should possessstrong written and verbal communication skills.
The PMO Specialist will assistthe lead PMO and team in all areas, but in particular, supporting thegovernance structure by providing organisational support to all meetings ownedby the PMO and Programme Manager within the programme.
Work collaboratively with Central PMO team preparing monthly status reports and assisting with any ad-hoc requests
Assist with monthly financial management cycle, including creating financial slides for Steering Committee meetings and financial management within OnePPM (Clarity)
Assist with management of SharePoint site for the programme
General administrative duties where required, including responsibility of all programme meetings owned by the PMO team, ensuring conference facilities and room bookings are organised efficiently, with meeting packs being prepared, printed and distributed prior to meetings
Assisting Programme Manager and project managers as required, including generating packs for working group meetings and minute taking
Provide assistance with fire drills where necessary
The role holder would need to be ableto influence multiple partners across different locations and time zones andoften with divergent priorities whilst keeping her / his responsibilities ontrack against the backdrop of a continually changing regulatory landscape.
Prior PMO experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organisational skills and great at team work.
