Due to our continued growth, Barco is again expanding its worldwide salesOrganization.We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record to join oursales team for the SEEU region (South East Europe region).

You will interact with the different local Distributors, system integrators, consultants resellers and end- users.The candidate we are looking for should be dynamic, enthusiastic, hard-

working, tech savvy and self- motivated. Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Distributors, System Integrators, Consultants, Resellers and End Users to maximize Barco’s reach and presence on the market.
  • Identify and introduce new customers and opportunities to the local partners
  • Maintain and grow business with existing customers, both directly and in conjunction with the local partner network
  • Maximize opportunity conversion rate by supporting local partners and customers through the different sales stages
  • Assist and participate in trade shows and events within the region
  • Translation of the customer needs into Barco solutions and offerings
  • Provide regular forecasting, market intelligence and competitive analysis
  • Participate in regular training from Barco HQ in Belgium and proactively deliver product training / updates to the local partners.
  • International travel, depending on the various types of business developed in the Region
  • Qualifications

    Required Skills / Qualifications :

  • Master degree (business, marketing, engineering) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A proven track record in technology and solution sales
  • Strong commercial interest and understanding of the market
  • Spotless integrity and professionalism
  • Ability to work effectively with English as language, spoken and written Job Sales / Business Development
