About the department

The Global HR Support Team is a part of the Coloplast Business Centre in Poland, where you will join an ambitious team that consists of talented employees, with a variety of competencies and background within HR and IT.

The team acts as the primary point of contact for various tasks that support the HR processes at Coloplast globally as well as IT support services related to the HR systems.

The job

The position is called HRIT (Human Resource Information Technology) Specialist. As a member of Global HR Support Team, you will have a constant focus on maturing and equipping users at all levels globally in SuccessFactors applications (e.

g. within HR administration, learning, recruitmetns etc.). You will handle these requests with a high degree of professionalism and a high level of quality with the aim of always increasing user knowledge and understanding the system.

We therefore expect that you will communicate and act as a promoting sponsor as well as being an advocate for the system.

Some of your time will be spent with Specialists and HR Business Partners to ensure excellent service as well as developing sustainable processes.

Another key responsibility will be to work closely with the Corporate Business Owners to ensure that the systems are always fit for purpose to the business.

We expect you to investigate errors, find solutions and always have a can-do mind-set that continuously improve the efficiency in business process as well as ensuring the relevant documentation and testing is done as part of the problem solving.

Among your tasks there will be also reporting and HR data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum a 1 year of experience working directly with processing data in a similar position
  • Strong MS Office Skills, in particular MS Excel
  • Experience in working with HR / ERP Systems will be an advantage
  • Ease in use of IT software
  • Preferable some experience in project management
  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written communication
  • Ability to gather, analyse and establish key patterns and deviations in data
  • Strong analytical mind
  • Detail oriented
  • Willingness to explore : pro-activeness, improvement driver, problem solver attitude
  • Interested in HR processes and tools
  • Primary tasks and responsibilities

  • Learning Management System Management in collaboration with HQ in Denmark
  • Maintaining and configuring data in our HR system (SuccessFactors)
  • Supporting all Coloplast users globally in relation to HR systems and related processes
  • Ensuring the relevant documentation and testing is done as part of the problem solving and change request / system development processes
  • Cooperation with systems implementation partners / suppliers
  • Providing data for and preparing reports for different stakeholders
  • Participating in projects related to HR systems
  • Seeking knowledge and keeping updated with relevant HR processes and IT standards
  • To be successful in this role, you should be a team player, with abilities to navigate stakeholders cross-functionally at different levels in the organization in a global environment.

    You are eager to handle requests with a high degree of professionalism and a high level of quality being confident enough to handle even difficult customer situations with short deadlines.

    You are able to plan, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and a changing environment. It will be an advantage if you are a quick learner with a high degree of common sense, resourcefulness, flexibility and with the ability to prioritize your own work.
