ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting directly into the VP of People, we are looking for a proven Head of HR to play a pivotal role as Revolut continues to grow and evolve.

The People team continues to review products and services needed to effectively support the business and the Head of HR role will be central to delivering this both within EMEA and globally combined with driving robust HR operational support for key business areas.

The Head of HR for Fincrime and Support is a vital leadership and delivery role within the People Team. The main focus will be on providing HR leadership and support to the COO (Fincrime and Support areas ) ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and challenges and delivering robust solutions.

These will range from strategic people related (Business Partner) decisions and input to day to day operational business and commercially focused activities and delivery.

Supporting this area is not only a high profile role internally, but also impacts on how services are delivered to Revolut’s customers by providing fit for purpose people related ways of working.

The role holder will also lead on the development of a number of key HR tools and procedures (globally) that ensure business outcomes are met for our largest populations and wider Revolut business.

You will work closely with the business leadership teams in London and Krakow to identify areas for improvement and create a best in class service for internal and external customers.

The role holder will be a key partner for the VP People and other senior stakeholders / leaders. The role holder will join at a pivotal and exciting time for Revolut and the People Team and will help shape the future and continue the success achieved to date.

Operational, service and product delivery will be a key measure of success as well as helping to shape the future strategy, structure and ways of working of the People team. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Act as the senior advisor and partner to the COO and Support and Fincrime department heads. This will be a great mix of strategic initiatives and operational day to day delivery.
  • We need to focus on the day to day needs but also ensure we have set ourselves a direction for the future and goals to get there.

  • Operationalise new HR tools globally (as required) ensuring output and impact is measurable. Drive consistency globally of the use of these tools working with other People teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Critical review of our key processes from an HR operational perspective - are they fit for purpose do they seamlessly integrate with other processes, are they employee centric?
  • Support the review of People wide HR data, service levels, quality etc. Playing a key role in driving defect free and frustration free services at the most efficient cost.
  • Act as a key partner for the VP People working to understand the business need and build a high performing team to support this.
  • Identify areas of opportunity where you can add value and take ownership to lead and deliver. Revolut and the People Team are growing fast and we need to be able to spot opportunities and work to solve these. WHAT YOU’LL NEED
  • Significant experience working in a fast paced, high growth environment. A Can Do attitude and taking ownership is a must.
  • Ability to build trust with senior leaders across the business globally.
  • A data driven approach to traditional HR activities looking beyond the obvious and initial analysis to seek out the root cause and solve this.
  • Strong process building and project management skills working backwards from the needs of the business and Revoluters themselves.
  • A strong focus on employee experience and delivery is essential).

  • In depth knowledge of local Polish employment law balanced with a practical approach to achieving the desired outcome.
  • A desire to Never Settle, we can always improve and iterate on deliverables.
