ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting directly into the VP of People, we are looking for a proven Head of HR to play a pivotal role as Revolut continues to grow and evolve.
The People team continues to review products and services needed to effectively support the business and the Head of HR role will be central to delivering this both within EMEA and globally combined with driving robust HR operational support for key business areas.
The Head of HR for Fincrime and Support is a vital leadership and delivery role within the People Team. The main focus will be on providing HR leadership and support to the COO (Fincrime and Support areas ) ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and challenges and delivering robust solutions.
These will range from strategic people related (Business Partner) decisions and input to day to day operational business and commercially focused activities and delivery.
Supporting this area is not only a high profile role internally, but also impacts on how services are delivered to Revolut’s customers by providing fit for purpose people related ways of working.
The role holder will also lead on the development of a number of key HR tools and procedures (globally) that ensure business outcomes are met for our largest populations and wider Revolut business.
You will work closely with the business leadership teams in London and Krakow to identify areas for improvement and create a best in class service for internal and external customers.
The role holder will be a key partner for the VP People and other senior stakeholders / leaders. The role holder will join at a pivotal and exciting time for Revolut and the People Team and will help shape the future and continue the success achieved to date.
