Recruiting Coordinator CE (with German)
Together with your colleagues in Lodz, you will be a fully integrated member of the Talent & Aquisition team in Germany from day one.
Your main duties will include :
You are responsible to plan and organize interviews with candidates, hiring managers and HR. It is important that you can handle to plan a large amount of appointments within a set time goal without any mistakes
Supporting the recruitment and hiring process : maintaining our applicant pipelines, screening applicants, preparing job postings, and assisting with applicant communication in both German and English.
Tracking and updating HR metrics
Owning various research and administrative tasks.
You are able to organize your work, also in stressful situations.
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills in both German and English.
You have very good knowledge of the entire MS Office Suite.
A keen interest in talent acquisition and HR. Some previous experience in recruitment is considered an asset.
Excellent teamwork skills, as well as problem solving and multitasking capabilities.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
German and English language capabilities (spoken and written).
Working experience with HR platforms especially Taleo is considered as an asset
