Supply Chain Specialist - remote work with Slovak / Czech language

Responsibilities of the position :
providing professional services to the company's business customers
performing supply chain activities
building a positive image of the company among international customers
taking orders (mainly by phone)
e-mail service (to a lesser extent)
entering orders into SAP / Salesforce system
making changes, on customer accounts (updating,
maintaining stock levels)
coordinating the entire order process (from order
placement to order fulfillment)
contacting suppliers (price negotiations, coordinating timely delivery of orders)
Expectations for candidates :
a minimum of six months of professional experience, related to order processing
English : minimum B2
French : minimum B2 / C1
important : knowledge of both languages required
knowledge of SAP / Salesforce
Freedom to conduct conversations in Czech / Slovak (by phone)
desire for further professional development, towards customer service
resistance to stress and ability to work, under time pressure
decisiveness
