ServiceNow Analyst / Developer is responsible for analyzing and refining the requirements for delivering the necessary technology service to the business.
How you will make a difference :
Providing solutions by fully leveraging ServiceNow out of box (OoB) functionality.
Gathering business requirements and providing expert analysis.
Using fundamental understanding of IT service management and the ITIL business processes to work closely with SME’s, project managers, and process owners to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approach / solutions.
Providing application configurations, and where applicable software scripting and / or coding and customization.
Updating and maintaining a comprehensive testing protocol for ServiceNow instance upgrades with the purpose of maintaining a GxP compliant state.
Utilizing ServiceNow Test Management and Automated Test Framework.
Facilitating rollout of new applications, workflows, and / or modules I and Configure Workflow.
Setting up integrations, utilizing platform such as Mulesoft API gateway and / or Integration Hub.
Coordinating and solving complex technical data and transformation issues.

Skills for success :
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent years of applicable experience.
5+ years of applicable experience.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow Development Platform including, but not limited to ServiceNow best practices and tools (i.
e. Agile, Test Mgmt, ATF, DevOps, etc.).
Deep knowledge in ServiceNow ITSM portfolio & ITOM portfolio, workflow, portal and / or deep knowledge of ITBM, GRC, HRSD, Performance Analytics, dashboards, reports.
Certifications in ServiceNow CSA, CIS, or CAD and ITIL Framework certification(s) are beneficial (not required).
Experience in System Administration.
Ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.
