Owning the technical solutions and direct engagement with business and Vendor.
The role will incorporate project management activities along with solution knowledge and delivery expertise.
Typical activities cover :
3rdLevel Application Support
Planand execute changes including vendor involvement
FTPinterface setup and maintenance
Experience in Change, Incident, Lifecycle and Release Management
Windows Administration skills (preferred MCSA)
SQL (Oracle DB)
Schedulers like Control-M, Windows Scheduler etc.
Results-oriented individual with good attention to details and problem solving skills.
Network, FTPS, Access Management (IAM)
Scrum / Agile delivery model
Confluence / Jira Suite
Experienced in Audit Divisions
Experience working with Event management Applications
