Purpose of Role :

The Learning Coordinator is responsible for planning and scheduling training delivery across regions based on the planned curriculum and ad-

hoc needs. The role will support training readiness and effectiveness activities for training sessions for a particular site.

This involves tracking and managing location based learning resources and measuring key metrics related to training effectiveness as well as reporting out training session effectiveness to learning leadership.

The Learning Coordinator plans out logistical details, learner invites and facilitation, co-ordinates site logistics and learner details with Facilitators before each session.

Works with LMS Administrator for training modules and learner registrations.

This role will report directing into Program Manager and / or Resource Manager locally.

Responsibilities :

  • Multi-day course programme admin (e.g. CME, Client Service Academy, etc.)
  • Provide monthly reporting on training effectiveness and lessons learned
  • Maintain the IFDS compliance dashboard
  • Update daily and weekly Compliance Reconciliation
  • Own intern planning and scheduling
  • Create and distribute Ireland Team meeting agenda / minutes
  • Co-ordinate attestations for compliance training (IFDS and 3rd parties)
  • Track effectiveness of training programs
  • Analyze data and take appropriate action
  • Resolve any delivery related issues raised by the Delivery Coordinators or Trainers
  • The Learning organization has embarked on transformational change that will both impact those responsible for learning activities, as well as employees across the organization.

    As such, roles and responsibilities will need to be fluid to meet the demand as the org model is being redesigned.

    Level of Education / Specific Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or work experience
  • PC skills (Microsoft office suite), including strong Excel data analysis / manipulation
  • Working knowledge of LMS
  • Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in administration and / or customer service an advantage
  • Must be able to manage a diverse set of activities simultaneously
