Job Description

We would like to invite you to join a team of specialists providing support to software development teams through Tool administration, Build and Release Engineering and SCM best practices.

Our customer develops a wide spectrum of software targeted for real hardware as well as Software As a Service. Everyday tasks deal with automation of building as well as testing aforementioned technologies.

We put attention to produce scalable, secure and efficient software. We use Jenkins, Ansible as well as microservice technologies to cope with challenging, bleeding-edge hardware, aim to get to higher level of automation.

We develop commercial as well as open source streams of software. Ideal candidate shall be proud of his / her commits, know virtualization techniques based on VMware and do not afraid of Docker containers.

A grain of knowledge of C or Go will not harm, especially if you know how the building process works for these languages.

Qualifications

Must have requirements :

Minimum 2 years industry experience

Experience in SCM tools such as : Jenkins, GITlab&Github, Gerrit, or other industry standard tools (nice to have Klockwork, Protex)

Strong Continuous Integration skills

Strong UNIX and NT skills

Strong practical experience writing automated scripts that are well-structured, optimized, documented and tested in LINUX, C, Python,

Nice to have :

Docker, Kubernetes, ansible scripts, Golang

Self-starter, quick learner; capable of setting priorities and remain efficient while multi-tasking.

Exceptional troubleshooting, training and technical writing skills

Team player and well organized. Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively.

Excellent analytical, communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to cope with ambiguity and change required
