Description

We're looking for Logistics Specialist for containers to our SRG plant in Bolesławiec.

What You Will Do In Your Role

Managing the flow of customers’ containers and direct cooperation with customers from automotive industry (VW, AUDI, SKODA, PSA, TPCA, GM, FIAT)

Ensuring the smoothness of deliveries to the customer through appropriate container management

Financial control of packaging turnover with particular emphasis on cost minimization in cooperation with the financial department

Physical checking of FG's inventory levels and comparing it with the system and customer’s portal

Receiving orders from customers and supervising the pallet trading process between the company, customers and recipients

Weekly checking of long-term forecasts (EDI) and their analysis in terms of performance

VW - Behaltermanagement portal service

Close cooperation with the planning department and customer service

Planning of deliveries and pick-ups of pallets and packages and their control

Development and continuous improvement of packaging rental standards

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements :

Experience in office work (BHM portals and other OEM customer portals)

Knowledge of customer B2B portals

Experience in the record and rental of returnable packaging

Excel skillset

English language on communicative level
