About the role :

We are currently looking for candidates to fill a position of P2P Team Lead responsible for the management of operational activities within the Purchase-

To-Pay process : invoice processing, internal and vendor queries, open items control, vendor accounts maintenance and other accounts payable activities executed by the P2P team in the Shared Services Center.

Key responsibilities :

  • Supervise Purchase-To-Pay (P2P) process in scope and manage daily operations of the team.
  • Responsible for delivering daily, monthly and yearly targets by the team.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring to team members and ensure individual development plans are defined and executed for every team member.
  • Work closely with Continuous Improvement Manager to identify improvement initiatives to increase effectiveness of P2P processes and improve team productivity.
  • Provide SLA / KPIs reporting for the team to P2P Manager, SSC management and other stakeholders.
  • Supporting Manager in the services delivered by P2P tower with special focus on continuous improvements and internal controls.
  • About you :

  • Master degree in Finance / Accounting or similar field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting and managing financial support services.
  • 2 years of experience as team leader / people management experience.
  • Strong technical accounting and analytical skills, service-oriented, demonstrates flexibility.
  • Strong ability to coach and motivate staff, keen on sharing knowledge, effective communicator.
  • Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus.
