About the role :
We are currently looking for candidates to fill a position of P2P Team Lead responsible for the management of operational activities within the Purchase-
To-Pay process : invoice processing, internal and vendor queries, open items control, vendor accounts maintenance and other accounts payable activities executed by the P2P team in the Shared Services Center.
Key responsibilities :
Supervise Purchase-To-Pay (P2P) process in scope and manage daily operations of the team.
Responsible for delivering daily, monthly and yearly targets by the team.
Provide coaching, mentoring to team members and ensure individual development plans are defined and executed for every team member.
Work closely with Continuous Improvement Manager to identify improvement initiatives to increase effectiveness of P2P processes and improve team productivity.
Provide SLA / KPIs reporting for the team to P2P Manager, SSC management and other stakeholders.
Supporting Manager in the services delivered by P2P tower with special focus on continuous improvements and internal controls.
About you :
Master degree in Finance / Accounting or similar field.
At least 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting and managing financial support services.
2 years of experience as team leader / people management experience.
Strong technical accounting and analytical skills, service-oriented, demonstrates flexibility.
Strong ability to coach and motivate staff, keen on sharing knowledge, effective communicator.
Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus.
