Responsibilities :

Maintaining analytics platform

Supporting internal teams within Fujitsu as well as providing remote support to end Customers

Handling unresolved issues and escalations according to agreed procedures and SLAs

Analyzing trends, recommend and implementing solutions to reduce amount of incidents and optimize incident handling, reporting on service delivery to the managers and the end Customers

Participate and assist in driving knowledge management processes and internal trainings

Qualification :

You need to be open-minded, Customer- and team-oriented person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Engineering or another IT-related

Good knowledge and experience as Linux-user

Working knowledge of SQL and good understanding of Big Data, Data Analytics and Processing concepts

Knowledge and experience with Open Source data processing and data analysis tools and platforms like Hadoop, ELK, Grafana, Kafka

Knowledge with Graylog, Jupyter, Docker technologies

Good analytical and troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of Spark will be an asset

Good command of written and spoken English

Good command of written and spoken German would be additional asset.
