Intel's Security & Engineering group is looking for verification / Validation Technical Leader to take a part in an exciting and innovative security project Intel Trust Domain Extension (TDX) as part of Confidential Compute technologies.
This innovative technology enables SW to run on the cloud while protecting code and data from disclosure or modifications.
In this role, you will manage a team of Validation engineers responsible for TDX validation as part of Intel software stack validation activities.
In this role Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to : Hire and drive the team to execute on validation plans to meet project timelines Set priorities for the team, get results, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance.
Oversee validation activities for successful validation of the project Manage deliverables / dependencies across internal / external components Develop schedules, provide effort estimates, present status, and propose trade-offsBehavioural traits that we are looking for : Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong leadership in building a team and driving results by building, maintaining, and leading a high performing team Possess strong teamwork, problem-solving and influencing skills along with abilities to work with different geographical locations and organizations
Minimum skills and experience : B.Sc / M.Sc in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering or related field.2+ years of experience managing execution of a development or validation team.
You should have 10+ years of experience in Functional verification / Validation C / C++ / Scripting languagesPreferred skills and experience : Operating systems and Virtualization Linux / Unix experience
