Your responsibilities

Identifying and distinguishing between hardware, software, network and server problems

Performing troubleshooting in compliance with the knowledge

Working on and solving incidents / requests as the 2nd level support

Serving as a customer support

Our requirements

Proven experience in a wide IT ranges including one or more of the following :

Microsoft applications - Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services, SCCM, O365

Cloud based services - Azure

Network architecture - CISCO

Operating systems administering Windows environment

Knowledge of PC technologies and desktop / server hardware and software architectures

Understanding of computers and how they are configured

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

English B2 / C1

Good Interpersonal skills

Ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly
