  • Managing a team of 6 people : junior product manager, product managers and category managers
  • Collecting, analysing and activating market insights including : brand equity indicators, market data and trends, consumer insights and customer shopping journey
  • Developing, monitoring and reviewing budgets for annual sales of all products
  • Evaluating competitive trends and market dynamics
  • Measuring and improving ROI of the marketing activities by working closely with local product managers and trade marketing team
  • Serving as the key interface with global marketing team and other supporting functions and ensuring inputs and requirements are represented strongly
  • Collaborating with team on private label strategy, where needed
  • Bachelor's degree, preferentially in marketing, economics and / or business management
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing in a multinational company
  • Proven track record in management of brands having both consumer and healthcare professional touchpoints
  • Self-motivated individual with ability to challenge status quo and drive major changes
  • Team oriented, persuasive personality with strong influencing and problem solving skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English is a must
  • Strong analytical mindset with capacity of strategic business planning and decision making
  • Excellent communication and presentations aptitudes
  • Ability to lead diverse teams in a highly matrix organization
  • For our Client, international pharmaceutical company being a key player on the polish market, we are currently looking for a Head of Marketing OTC to lead a Polish consumer marketing team.
