IT Operations Competence Center has over 300 specialists. The team supports clients in four main areas : Service Desk, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and ServiceNow.
Our projects include over 270,000 users in 2,300 different locations.
Your responsibilities
Supporting the design, implementation, and management of the storage environment. Extensive knowledge of NAS / SAN and File share architecture and solutions is essential
Driving storage projects, design and deploy effective solutions, according to the business need
Implementing, upgrading and maintaining Storage Infrastructure across the organization, including the delivery and documentation of the ITSM processes
Leading the triage and resolution of escalated, complex incidents, problems or capacity concerns
Our requirements
Several years (ideally 7+) hands-on experience with Enterprise IT Storage architectures and how these solutions integrate into large-scale production applications
Storage skills : NetApp solutions, Virtual File share (i.e. CTERA, Panzura), IBM SAN / SVC
Several years (ideally 5+) of experience with technical consulting and / or pre-sales architecture with large-scale engagements
Comprehensive and expert knowledge of storage architecture and its hardware / software products
Business-fluent English skills
Expert needs to work in US timezone
