SALES TOOLS DEVELOPER

Development and maintenance of the current Sales Tool Portfolio (Like Configurator and Novus).

Supporting the local Sales Organizations with the usage of these Sales Tools. Solving the problems from the users and handling all escalation in order to make sure that users are happy and able to work without any problems.

Sales tools are used by Marketing, Sales and Sales Support, before an order can finally be entered in SAP.

Key responsibilites :

  • Development, maintenance and support of the current Sales Tool Portfolio (Like Configurator and Novus)
  • Supporting the local Sales Organisations with the usage of these Sales Tools. Solving the problems from the users and handling all escalation in order to make sure that users are happy and able to work without any problems
  • Developing the tools. Testing and releasing the different functionalities of these Tools
  • Assist in the definition of the Sales Tools Suite for the future, considering the needs of the different users, striving for synergies between the different tools and divisions
  • Build up and share knowledge on Sales-, Service-, Controlling- and Pricing-aspects; Order Generation processes and Sales project management applications.
  • Share this knowledge and create the necessary training for the users

  • Cooperate with the different users and different stakeholders
  • The desired profile :

  • Master in IT or equal by experience
  • English is a must. Any other additional language is a plus
  • Experienced in C# programming or any other programming language
  • Experienced in Microsoft Visual Studio development environment or similar software development environments will be a plus
  • Experienced in Microsoft .NET web applications. (ASP.NET, Azure, IIS, )
  • Experienced in Databases and SQL
  • Working systematically according predefined project plan (Agile / Scrum method). Make sure that development is done in time and within the budget.
  • Working individually as also in small development team.
