Test large complex front office system
Collaborate with other global IT teams
Assist production operations team in rollout and production support
Support the QA Process from requirements gathering to automation
5 or more years' experience in testing and teams’ leading
Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
Hands on person able to support team in testing
Automation experience desired (but we will consider strong leaders without this part)
Educational background in IT / Computer Science
Good understanding of the team management, coordination, tasks assignments
Good understanding of the project and software development lifecycle, preferably experience in Agile / Scrum methodology
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ideally experience within the financial service industry
Any experience with Java development would be a big plus

ABOUT THE TEAM
You will be working in the Data Management Technology team in Zurich, Switzerland. We are a global team providing Data Management Technology Solutions including but not limited to Data Governance, Data Lineage and Data Quality Monitoring to all Business Areas, Support and Control Functions.
This allows our internal clients to stay compliant with regulatory requirements, to create business value and to reduce their overall cost base.
As an QA Lead, you will play an important role in successfully delivering the projects within this area.
You will be working with the 3-teams located responsible for 3 different projects and applications (all together 10 people) :
DGP Data Governance Platform,
DQP Data Quality Platform,
DRAP Data Reporting Platform.
As this is a critical role in our team, we are looking for an experienced and talented person who aspires to a leadership position.
