What will you do?
Working as part of the Global Workplace Services Team in supporting the operational delivery of Workplace Services within the CRES organisation.
Supporting our local and regional teams and our ISS partners to drive Service Excellence’.
Production of required monthly reports KPI; Financial; issues logs; service improvement plans
Co-ordination of annual governance calendar in conjunction with ISS
Co-ordination of global service audit calendar, collating and tracking actions.
Attendance at and producing minutes from weekly internal service review meetings and managing actions arising
Management of Customer Satisfaction surveys
Analysis of Pulse’ feedback relating to Workplace Services and suggesting and driving recommendations for improvement
Communications PoC’ for Workplace Services messaging working with the CRES Communications Team
Management of our core Workplace Services systems and applications and helping our teams use them i.e. FMS and Insight plus CRES tools working with the Smart Office and Digital Workplace SME’s
Management of any required data analysis in conjunction with CRES Data Management SME
Supporting the Global Lead for EHS on reporting ad hoc projects
Supporting the Global Lead for Workplace Service Compliance, Audit and Security on reporting and ad hoc projects
Management of Workplace Services Distribution Lists and Team Rooms
