In this role, you have the opportunity to
improving the process from receipt of customer order in the factory order desk up to and including delivery to the hospital.
You are responsible for
Leading projects for aligning the Order Management processes between the various business units within DI and IGT Factory order management organization
Act as process owner for factory order management towards both internal and external stakeholders
Be the supporting back bone in the areas of reporting and analyses.
Integrate & maintain process improvements by creating new standards and implement them in the daily order management processes.
Support Daily Management and KPI’s including proper root cause analysis and the implementation of sustainable counter measures.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor or Master degree in supply chain is preferred
3-5 years’ experience in a high tech supply chain environment
Experience with process optimization is a must
Knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP system
Knowledge of LEAN methodology and way of working
Be customer focused with a drive to get things done and a hands on mentality
Have an accurate, analytical and process driven way of working, good analytical skills and the ability to translate data into steering information
Have an intrinsic curiosity to expand knowledge of processes and systems to improve overall performance
