This is a technically demanding role where you will support one of our largest customers. Therefore, it places high demands on your technical competence.

You will be part of a team of 22, spread globally but with a nice internal spirit. In addition to your immediate team and the specific operator, in this role you will work closely with the Sales, Engineering and Product team.
Normal working hours are weekdays, but the role includes that you participate in a rotating on-call schedule for 24 / 7 Emergency support a few weeks a year.
