Your field of responsibility

The successful candidate will be responsible for support key priorities of the ERM organization, including process development and refinement.

Produce and present analysis on a variety of risk initiatives and / or ad hoc requests for senior management and regulators.

Produce status reports and dashboards with impactful views of progress on key deliverables. Support construction of presentations for regulatory bodies (e.

  • g., FINMA). Support the development of process and control enhancements. Build and maintain : relationships with partners to provide support and guidance across ERM matters;
  • product and risk subject matter expertise; knowledge on current rulemaking and industry developments regarding risk regulatory reform.

    Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) provides group-wide risk analysis, reporting and control, covering Credit Suisse’s global risk profile, and develops and coordinates firm-wide frameworks and strategy.

    ERM functions include risk appetite, risk identification, scenario design, stress testing & capital adequacy (e.g., ICAAP), methodologies, and reporting.

    Your skills and experience

    We are looking for :

  • 5+ years of proven experience in finance or risk-related roles. Credit risk background would be an asset.
  • Deep understanding of accounting, finance, and the investment banking business model
  • A solid analytical, logical, and numerical attitude; ability to analyze specific business problems and propose tenable solutions
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
  • Can-do, collaborative, and positive attitude with a sense of urgency. Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with internal partners
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments
