The overall purpose of the Client AssetOperations team is to ensure Credit Suisse follows regulatory rules pertainingto the treatment and protection of client assets.

The team consists of four sub-groups : Production, Governance, Oversight and Control.

We are based in London, Dublin andPoland. Currently, Client Asset Operations are represented by 3 sub-teams in Wroclaw : Production, Control, Oversight.

We are currently looking for a Client Asset Oversight Analyst to join the Oversight team in Wroclaw.

As the chosen individual, you willmanage the maintenance of Client Assets Resolution Pack (RP) and coordinationof the related processes.

As part of that, you will engage with key RP partners( 100 individuals across all corporate levels), thus have a rare opportunityto have exposure to various teams in the firm.

You will also prepare processsummary reports to support the Client Asset Oversight Officer’s attestations tothe Board and cyclically present process findings to Client Asset GovernanceCommittees.

  • Yourroles and responsibilities :

  • Coordinating the Resolution Pack (RP) testing and validation
  • Maintaining the RP master documents
  • Preparing and delivering ad-hoc and annual RP training to RP partners
  • Preparing testing summary reports and communicating them to Client Asset Management
  • Work with Client Asset Governance Committee packs and presenting the contents to the Committee
  • You Offer

  • 2-4 years of professional experience
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (incl. proficiency in English), positive personality and ability to communicate well with a diverse range of staff
  • Dedicated person and are able to meet tight deadlines
  • Possess strong analytical skills and are able to solve problems, as well as identify and implement improvements for control / efficiency gains
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs, especially Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Previous exposure to Client Assets rules is preferred but not essential
  • Proven experience in banking / finance industry will be an advantage!
