Working as an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for the full recruitment process including; sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients, as well as client management.

The role will be a critical hire within our EMEA RPO team for this global partnership, and will be based in our Talent Delivery Centre in Warsaw
Focus on direct sourcing methodologies to attract top talent for roles across primarily the UK & Ireland
Recruitment across a range of functions for professional and technical roles
Managing the full end-to-end recruitment cycle from initial hiring manager briefing through to offer management
Engage with stakeholders across the business, regularly updating all parties on the status of your allocated requisitions
Develop and implement sourcing strategies and channels to build relevant talent pools
Skills & Experience
Significant Recruitment experience gained within an RPO or inhouse environment, managing the full end to end recruitment process with knowledge of designing and implementing direct sourcing strategies
Previous experience of recruiting within the pharmaceutical (or life sciences / biotechnology / chemicals) market, would be a plus
Flexibility to adapt and support other business needs when required
Classes fw-light, fw-normal, and fw-bold available.
Recruitment process with knowledge of designing and implementing direct sourcing strategies
Excellent senior stakeholder managements skills
