Support management of global governance model for Global Repair Operations.
Ensure accurate and complete regular reporting for internal and external repair depots around the globe.
Control and maintenance of global metric definitions.
Generation of several regular performance reports (Daily, weekly, monthly).
Maintain global parts hold reporting.
Work with all regional leads to continuously improve reporting efficiency and support with special analysis.
Monthly generation of dashboard templates.
Follow up on agreed actions from Ops reviews.
Support introduction of new reporting systems like Tableau repair reporting.
Invoicing control for outsourced partner and correction in case of deviations.
Support special project activities by actively managing regional and global projects (up to mid-size projects).
Usage of quality tools for problems solving.
Master’s degree. Preferably in engineering or in information technology.
At least 4 years of professional experience in the field of operational Supply Chain business.
Project management skills (ability to manage projects cross functional and cross regional).
Ability to work in virtual project teams.
Excellent knowledge of common MS Office, Oracle, Google tools (Sheets, Docs etc.).
Experience in working within multinational / multicultural environment.
Excellent Problem-solving mind-set as well as an attitude to follow-through on the actions.
Being fluent in English is essential.
Ability to work in a team, self-motivation and capable of working pro-active and independently.
